Cinnamon Products

Ceylon cinnamon (also called 'true cinnamon') is generally preferred for daily supplementation because it contains significantly lower levels of coumarin compared to the more common Cassia variety. When choosing a cinnamon supplement, look for one that specifies Ceylon for the best long-term wellness support.

Cinnamon supplements, particularly those using Ceylon cinnamon, are rich in polyphenols and cinnamaldehyde that may support healthy blood sugar levels already within the normal range and promote cardiovascular wellness. It's one of the most delicious spices that also doubles as a powerful wellness supplement.
