Licorice note is mild (thankfully). Mint aftertaste feels clean, and the bottle doesn’t smell too strong 🙂

Licorice root is a versatile adaptogenic herb that may support adrenal health, digestive comfort, and respiratory wellness. It contains glycyrrhizin and flavonoids that have been used in both Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western herbalism for thousands of years.
Regular licorice root contains glycyrrhizin, which can affect blood pressure and potassium levels with prolonged heavy use, so it's best used in moderate amounts or cycled on and off. If you prefer daily use without these considerations, DGL (deglycyrrhizinated licorice) is a great alternative.
