Where can I find my tracking number and package status?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email that you can use to track your package on the shipping agent's website, such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx. You can also find your tracking number in your account dashboard on our website. Please note that if the tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, you should contact the shipping agent or your local post office for further assistance. It is important to keep in mind that there may be delays in delivery and tracking updates.

When will my order be delivered?

After we receive your order, we will process it within 1-2 business days. Delivery times usually vary between 3-5 days depending on your location, and may be affected by inclement weather, holidays, or backorders.

What destinations do you ship to?

We ship Mood Tablets throughout the United States; however, availability may vary depending on the specific product. While our products comply with applicable federal regulations, certain states may have their own laws or restrictions that limit where some items can be shipped.

To make things simple, each product page includes a U.S. map showing where that item is currently eligible for delivery.

What are your shipping costs?

Standard shipping (3–5 days) is free within the United States for orders over $99 (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Orders under $99 incur a $9.99 shipping fee.
